Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them: “Rulers and elders of the people! If we are being called to account today for an act of kindness shown to a man who was lame and are being asked how he was healed, then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed. Jesus is “ ‘the stone you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone.’ Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.””

Only the Name of Jesus saves because there is no other name that has that ability. There is something about the Name of Jesus that makes it unique . No one else died on the cross, no one shed their own innocent blood  like Jesus did, no one resurrected from the dead like Jesus did and no one loves humanity like Jesus Christ, no one else is coming back to earth to take His people apart of Jesus Christ!. It will happen because it is written  and because all other things that are written have happened already.
Jesus is alive, Jesus is alive and is here to save whoever is willing to come to Him.  If He has been knocking at your door then that is because He is willing and ready to save you. So please do  not continue delaying your salvation , come to Jesus  now. You only need to acknowledge that He died for you on the cross and believe that He was raised from the dead to give you eternal life . You can say a simple prayer like this: Lord Jesus I believe you died for me and God raised you  from the dead. I confess you as my Lord and Saviour, come into my heart.
If you were sincere while saying this prayer , then you can be assured you are now a child of God and a disciple of Jesus Christ. Congratulations !  I welcome you to a very exciting journey of your life. Get yourself a Bible if you don’t have one already and start reading  from the gospel of John to get to know who Jesus is and what He has done for humanity and also find  a church where they take the Bible as the final authority and fellowship with other believers.

Have you ever wondered what it means to have eternal life? It’s not that you will continue living on this earth forever! Having eternal life is believing that Jesus is the Son of God and that He has died for your sins, my sins and the sins of every other human being who was born and is ever going to be born. Having Eternal life is having the guarantee that whenever you die you will spend eternity in Heaven. Whether you want to believe or not there are only two places where one may go after leaving this earth : Heaven or Hell. The reason why Jesus had to shed His blood on the cross is to save us from spending eternity in Hell. Do you realise what eternity means? It’s for ever guys, for ever . Can you even begin to imagine being in something non stop, never ending?
That is why you need to make sure you are right with God now by accepting what Jesus has done ( because of God everlasting love for you ) and let Him be your Lord and Saviour today ( tomorrow might be too late, salvation is today, today , today not tomorrow, not any other day) why ? Because even the next minute is not guaranteed. You need to make that most important decision now because it is only while you are on earth that you have your free will to decide. Once you pass on to eternity it will be too late to decide ..

Romans 10: 13 says :

“For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭10‬:‭13‬ ‭

Today is your opportunity to secure your eternal life in Heaven, it will not cost you anything but it will rather add peace and tranquility to your life and give you the assurance that you will be ready whenever you are called to step into eternity.
Say the following prayer: Lord Jesus I recognise what you have done for me on the cross. I believe you died for me by shedding your Blood and that God raised you from the dead three days later. Come into my heart, be my Lord and Saviour in Jesus Name . Amen

if you have said this prayer with all your heart, sincerely, then you are saved and you are now a born again  believer in Jesus Christ.

Endeavour to find a Bible believing church to fellowship with other believers and grow spiritually and read the Bible daily and make sure you talk to Jesus every day in prayer and in the reading of His word.

The day my friend introduced Jesus to me was the best day of my life.  I remember it as it was yesterday. We went for a drink and she casually looked at me and said: “I want to tell you something but I am not sure how you would react knowing that you claim  yourself to be a Muslim”. So I said to her :”try me”. She went on to say “ give your heart to Jesus and your life will change”. I looked at her stunned as I was thinking “ how can she say that to me knowing I am a Muslim?”. Surprisingly I said to her “ well after all I have nothing to lose, Islam has done nothing good for me so why not?”. So we went back to the house and I looked at her and saw that she was doing some kind of prayer before she leads me to Jesus. We sat down on my bed and then she asked me to repeat the prayer of salvation like this : Lord Jesus, forgive me my sins, I believe you died for me and rose from the dead three days later. Come into my heart, be my Lord and Saviour in Jesus Name”

Wow!! As soon as I finished repeating these words it was like a fresh breeze of peace entered me. I straightway  felt a sense of tranquility and deep love overtaking me, it was wonderful..

One thing kept coming to my mind: “What just happened?” Why is it that I was living without being aware that Jesus is actually real? Why was I following the wrong way? How could millions of people around the world be not aware that Jesus is very real?

From that fateful night till now till eternity I have never looked back and it has been from glory to glory.

There are two truths I would like to share with you:

1) Jesus died for you so you can have eternal life with Him in Heaven and avoid the condemnation to Hell when you die.

2) He gave up His life so anyone (absolutely anyone) who believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life and it is only through Jesus that you can have access to the Father.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

So if you want to live a peaceful and abundant life on this earth now and secure your eternity in Heaven you need to do what I did that many years ago. Give your life to Jesus and let Him be your Saviour and your Lord.

This is an exemple of prayer you can say: Lord Jesus, I believe you died for me on the cross and was raised to life three days later so my sins can be forgiven. Come unto my heart, be my Lord and Saviour, make something of my life for your purpose on this earth in Jesus Name. Amen
