The day my friend introduced Jesus to me was the best day of my life.  I remember it as it was yesterday. We went for a drink and she casually looked at me and said: “I want to tell you something but I am not sure how you would react knowing that you claim  yourself to be a Muslim”. So I said to her :”try me”. She went on to say “ give your heart to Jesus and your life will change”. I looked at her stunned as I was thinking “ how can she say that to me knowing I am a Muslim?”. Surprisingly I said to her “ well after all I have nothing to lose, Islam has done nothing good for me so why not?”. So we went back to the house and I looked at her and saw that she was doing some kind of prayer before she leads me to Jesus. We sat down on my bed and then she asked me to repeat the prayer of salvation like this : Lord Jesus, forgive me my sins, I believe you died for me and rose from the dead three days later. Come into my heart, be my Lord and Saviour in Jesus Name”

Wow!! As soon as I finished repeating these words it was like a fresh breeze of peace entered me. I straightway  felt a sense of tranquility and deep love overtaking me, it was wonderful..

One thing kept coming to my mind: “What just happened?” Why is it that I was living without being aware that Jesus is actually real? Why was I following the wrong way? How could millions of people around the world be not aware that Jesus is very real?

From that fateful night till now till eternity I have never looked back and it has been from glory to glory.

There are two truths I would like to share with you:

1) Jesus died for you so you can have eternal life with Him in Heaven and avoid the condemnation to Hell when you die.

2) He gave up His life so anyone (absolutely anyone) who believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life and it is only through Jesus that you can have access to the Father.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭3‬:‭16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

So if you want to live a peaceful and abundant life on this earth now and secure your eternity in Heaven you need to do what I did that many years ago. Give your life to Jesus and let Him be your Saviour and your Lord.

This is an exemple of prayer you can say: Lord Jesus, I believe you died for me on the cross and was raised to life three days later so my sins can be forgiven. Come unto my heart, be my Lord and Saviour, make something of my life for your purpose on this earth in Jesus Name. Amen

Has anyone ever told you that God loves you and has a plan for you?

I have a question for you. If you were to die this instant, can you say for sure that you would go to Heaven? Ok you might say to me  ‘well I don’t even believe there is a hell or heaven’! Ok suppose there is a Hell and there is a Heaven, I reiterate my question again where would you go if you were to die right now?

let me share something with you: You see the Bible says that God loves the world so much that He send His only Son Jesus that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life ( John 3:16) . That ‘whosoever’ is you and me. The reason why we need Jesus is because He is the only One who can save humanity from eternal death ( Hell for eternity), it is not a question of ‘ being a good or a bad person,’ we don’t get right with God because of our good deeds but only because of the Blood of Jesus that He shed on the cross.

There is no other way , Jesus willingly died for you and me because of the Love God has for His creation, us humans. Can you imagine that type of love? Don’t get me wrong it’s not your fault nor mine! The disobedience of Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden is at the origin of the sin Jesus came to take upon himself so that we should not all perish but have everlasting life. If you want to have eternal life after you leave this earth and spend eternity with Jesus , it’s very simple you just need to willingly invite Jesus Christ into your life as your Saviour and Lord.

You can say a prayer like this: ‘ Lord Jesus I believe you died for me on the cross by shedding Your Blood and resurrected three days later so I can have eternal life. I believe and accept what you have done for me in my heart now and confess with my mouth that you are my  Lord and Saviour. Thank you that I am now a born again child of God. I belong to the Kingdom of Heaven.
